I just saw the BodyWorlds exhibit at the CA Science Center. It was pretty amazing. I asked my Western Clinical Medicine teacher last Thursday if I could do a paper of some sort to make up for the class we're going to miss on Thanksgiving. My friend who went with me is going to do a paper on the mad scientist doc who invented the plastination process. I think I'm going to do a paper on the plastination process and maybe the body donors.

Some of it was disturbing. I don't think all of the kids who were there realized that they were looking at actual factual dead people's body parts (and I tried not to think of that at times). But overall, it showed the beauty of life by showing us our death. Ok, I'll stop now coz that might be a little too much for some. But, anyway, if you can stomach it, by all means, go see it.

I'm heading down to that area for my blackbelt test in the next couple of months if all goes well. (The main school is in Santa Barbara) I may take a bit of a detour to come visit if it works out. Would be nice to see you.
