Apparently, BMWs, Jaguars and Mercedes sold in the state of California don't come with turn signals. They pay all that money and don't get every standard feature? I will not make a blanket statement like "I hate all people who drive BMWs, Jaguars and Mercedes", because I have at least one friend who drives a BMW (I think that's what she drives anyway).

Grr arrgh.

That couldn't be legal. What, do they expect people to use hand signals. Fuckwits!!! Well, I sure won't be buying one any time soon (as if I could afford one) but I'm gonna give my dad shit about his Mercedes!!!

You know for all the crazy driving here in Tashkent (and it is *even more insane* than in LA), they actually use turn signals. Never mind that it is usually, say, using a turn signal to signal that they are about to make a turn onto a sidewalk or something...

You know, I grew up in L.A. and learned to drive there as well. I just thought everyone drove that way. After living a few other places I realize that's not the case. Although, the most inconsiderate drivers I have encountered were in Houston or Memphis.

We have plenty of assholes down here in San Diego, but most everybody is more relaxed on the road.

In Boston, people don't even wait a whole second to honk their horns when the light turns green. That's the rudest thing I ever experienced there. But that wasn't as dangerous as not using turn signals. And I know that it's not just the people in the ritzy cars that don't use them, but I notice them more than others.
