They charge a fee (I paid $60 with a credit card over the phone) to give you information and will give you a case # so you can call back and not have to pay a second time. If you're calling from a vet hospital, use their phone because they will be placed at the top of the phone line.

No one picked up at 2am so I don't know what to say about them except call the other number first.
