I saw "Kill Bill: Volume 2" today with my friend A. She hadn't seen the first Volume and I haven't seen the first half of the first Volume (I saw the second half 3 times at a party last year at lifeofreilly's house). The second part was really great and not as gory as the first, IMHO.

And, I'm very, very happy to say that thanks to Mr. Quentin Tarantino, "Hero" is going to be released in the US. I was in awe seeing the preview on the big screen.

(Oh, and I'm feeling better, by the way. I switched herbal formulas today and feel very nearly human again.)

I've been slowly forcing all of my friends to see my import dvd of Hero. I would crawl over broken glass to see it in the theatres.

Yeah, it's incredible! I bought the import DVD too. They didn't say when it would be released, just "Coming Soon".

I seriously wanted to see "hero" after the preview. i didn't know it was already out somewhere else! I'm looking forward to it.

"Hero" is one of the best movies I've ever seen. We got to watch bits and pieces of it in our tai chi sword form class last year. And then we all rushed out to rent it on DVD.
Vol 2 was awesome. I never knew that Daryl Hannah could be so bad ass! And Uma was as amazing as she was in Vol 1.
