We got to montreal on Wednesday night Thursday morning at 3am. Luckily, we have keys to L`s apt. She was no where to be seen. By 11am yesterday, I was kinda worried. Tried to forget about it until she called around 1:30. phew! She was in the country at a friend`s chatelet and had no phone, no cell phone and no contact with the outside world. Plus she was very hungover. Luckily a friend showed up on Tues. and she got a lift back into town.
S and L are off returning a car to L`s friend. I`m catching up on mail and lj. We had a nice bbq for A last night. It`s her bday today. Was so shocked when I saw her - she`s totally changed from the scariest goth girl in montreal to happy & stylish not a stitch of black on her and she`s HAPPY and in love. Go her!
Did get to pull A aside and talk to her about self injury. Figured since she *used to be* a goth, maybe she did this. At any rate, I knew she used to be into blood play. She said she never SI`d but knew people who did. She made me feel not so crazy for doing it. That doesn`t make it OK at all but talking to her gave me human contact and made me feel not alone. The Self Injury board at www.ivillage.com is helpful too if anyone needs it. It`s just good to make a human connection about it. I get to talk to my shrink on Monday.
I hope to take a few nude pix of L today with either a poem or `the end` on her back. Saw a woman yesterday with a to die for full back fairy tattoo. Looked like a painting!!! She said `take me out to nature and take my picture`. I hope to do that this sunday. I feel so blessed with doing this back art project. so psyched!
anyway, enough for now. Should go get clean. Oh, and they`re back!!!
