[no wheat] Correction about Farro

An anonymous person commented on my last post about farro=spelt.
Here are some links that say that's not the case. I guess you can't believe everything you read on the back of a spaghetti box.

Yes, I can eat it :) But, rm wouldn't be able to because it's not gluten-free. Which is fine, coz she's in NYC.
