Back in civilization at a hotel near Pittsburgh airport. Light switches. Flush toilets. tee hee.

Going to go bask in air conditioning, TV and dry bedding.

Pennsic was great despite the floods. More later. We'll be back in Alameda tomorrow afternoon.

If you met me at Pennsic and want to add me to your flist, now's your chance.

p.s. Meanwhile, I am stealing a link to [livejournal.com profile] lisaf's flickr page so y'all can see our new temple:

I had very little to do with building it, other than painting a little bit and going to get food for the guys while they built it. But, dood, our camp has a temple.

Rain. Lots and lots of rain. Pennsic was moved up a week this year so we actually experienced 1st week rain during 2nd week. And there wasn't enough time to get everything to dry out before we packed up. Our clothes may be mouldy when we get home.

That sucks... I know I've been at my fair share of wet Pennsics... it really takes away from it when everything you own is covered in that Pennsic mud that NEVER washes out...

Ho hum... here's to Pennsic 37... may it be sunny and great... Mel's FIRST war and all that...

PS... the Temple looks fab... Maybe Mel and I need to camp with you guys next year!
