More proof that I go to Chinese Hogwart's

So, yesterday, as part of a class, we got a short Reiki attunement and did mini-treatments on each other. The Reiki Master who did the attunement said that it would probably only last a few days and gave us info on workshops at her center.

Yesterday I also explained the Chinese Hogwart's concept to a few 1st year students. They thought it was funny. (Just wait until extraspecialk and I get our Ravenclaw and Gryffindor house scarves. We'd better hurry up since it's June and the gloom will be here soon!)

I love my school.

yeah baby! I wish i had time to knit them, but since i don't i'll be ordering mine shortly.
I got a medieval treatment from Professor Lupin (d.e.- the best fit for that character i think. short, competent, scruffy and modest) when i got cupped for the first time. I look like I tangled with the whomping willow.

the ceo of the firm i now work at has the last name "mcgonigle". it was very difficult not to laugh each time i heard this during our (i kid you not) week-long corporate orientation.

and he seems to be a good guy, so it's not completely ironic or anything.
