I realized yesterday that there was yet another Kuan Yin poster at school, in one of the treatment rooms, right in front of me. She keeps popping up everywhere at school - kinda like a "Where's Waldo" picture - right in front of me, I just have to know where to look to find it. I've been at this school for a year now and hadn't noticed the HUGE painting of Kuan Yin in the Shrine room until a few weeks ago.

I guess she's coming out when I need to see her. It's very comforting.

interesting. i have the susan boulet painting of kuan yin as the background on my computer monitors. i look at her constantly.

This image is close to the one that I have:




...complete with pearls, water, rice, and dragon... it seems to be a oft-imitated motif. It very randomly fell into my possession, which is odd and nice.

That's one of the images that my acupuncture boss has in her office. Hopefully soon she will have a photograph up that I took of a Kuan yin statue.

Right on! I love that image of her! I know I've seen it before. Boulet's paintings are breathtaking!
