I tried to stuff cotton balls in my ears and sandwich my head between pillows and take a nap. But our neighbor is having some sorta party and it's loud and it's impossible to sleep.
*sigh* I don't know if I can even study with that noise.
And in the "Welcome to Venice, give us all your stuff" news:
Stereo #2 was stolen from our car this morning.
And a cellphone as well (wasn't hooked up but was going to be a replacement for S's phone). S thought I'd be mad at him. "Why?" I asked, "I mean, we lock the doors and someone breaks a window to get in and steal shit. We don't lock the doors and someone opens the doors and helps themselves."
I. Give. Up.
At least there's "Carnevale" in Venice today. Maybe that will be fun? And if I really feel like procrastinating, I'll go to Gemini Manor for the "South Seas" party tonight.
