Today I woke up and the world was less . . . Buffy. I thought the series finale was great. I loved the idea of all the potential slayers becoming slayers all at once. Kick. Ass. And, Go Anya! She overcame her fear of bunnies and became human by dying while fighting. Withdrawal from Buffy will be ok since there are Dvds and the FX network and the buffistas convention next week. It will be ok really it will.

Today I got blisters and booboos on my heels from my new shoes. I bought boy shoes. I didn't think boy shoes could hurt! harrumph.

Today I got a chocolate Eifeel Tower in my school mailbox from the nice bookstore lady. When I heard she was going to Paris, I gave her $5 to get me an Eiffel Tower. She apparently went to a famous store called "Fauchon" to get one in chocolate. Yay!

Tonight I got to talk to [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] briefly and we made plans for tea for next week. Yay!!!

And now I get to go to sleep and catch up on the lack of it from last night.

How is Dar Williams' new album? How was the concert? I'd like to see her in concert. I really like the live album we have.

The album is wonderful . The concert was amazing. She brought a little bit of the East Coast to me with her songs. The venue where we saw the show was a small outside amphitheatre in the Hollywood hills. She said it was one of the most beautiful theaters she's played in and something like, 'Look! We've created an Italian villa to court you with.'

I had just missed her playing in Northampton when I was out there - I think by 3 days or something. You should try to catch her in concert if you can.
