bonbons and bandwidth

yay! we finally have a cable modem in our new apt. And cable reception for our tv (just so I can see Buffy and Angel without fuzz). And I have just finished off the last of the chocolate truffles in the PMS box that S gave to me. He came home the other day with one for me and one for merchimerch ;)

The former tenant stopped by today to see what we've done with the apt. We're almost all out of boxes - all we have left to do is organize, decorate and feng shui. And when we're a little less broke, we'll go to IKEA to buy a few more organizing things (and lingonberries too!)

We'll probably have another housewarming (or just an excuse to have another party) soon. Which is great coz we know a lot more people than we did only a few months ago.

I saw today that my new boss has Kuan Yin on her brochures. I'm very excited about that because I think that means that Kuan Yin actually brought us together.

More yays. Now off to read what's been going on in my friends' lives.
