I'm awake because of the cat, not because I'm waiting for Santa.
I suppose my family on the East coast will start calling us soon anyway.
*Yawn*

Yesterday I made 5 pandoro, many dozen pfefferneuse and the cake part of a Buche de Noel.
Today I will finish the Buche, help S make 5 pie crusts and I don't know what else. Oh yeah, I will figure out how to make glogg from the bottle of spice mix I got at Ikea. I talked to someone last night who makes it from scratch. She suggested adding port and vodka. I only have red wine so that will have to do.

I surprised myself over the past few days when my presents to me arrived in the mail. I got myself a new witchy calendar and the "Once More with Feeling" (Buffy the musical) soundtrack. It even came with a poster!!! Very happy to have it to replace the bootleg copy that got stolen. I just have to find copies of Amber Benson (Tara) singing "Toucha Toucha Toucha Touch Me" and Anthony Stewart Head (Giles) singing "Sweet Transvestite" because they were on the lost cd too
