My night alone

I have the night to myself - well, me and the cat.
I came home to a surprise package - a huge package from AAA. They sent me tour books for every state on our itinerary plus maps for every city, a map guide specific to the places on our route and a map of the U.S. Right on! Now I won't have to buy a Let's Go guide! Plus the Pets and People site sent me a guide for tips on how to find a place in L.A., lists of veterinarians, pet-friendly restaurants, etc.

I got a visit from the trip fairy!!!

Just watched "Bridget Jones' Diary". It was better than I was expecting. I'm actually glad she chose between the two guys because Hugh Grant's character was a complete asshole.

I need to stop rubbing my fingers raw. I think I will slather them with cocoa butter goo, put some gloves on and go to sleep.
