Impressions of LA

So far, I like it. Got here yesterday afternoon. I went straight to my school to check it out. I was shocked to find out how small it is! There are 135 students and my class will have about 35. And they let me in!?!

Venice beach is a 10 minute drive from Yo San. I stepped out onto the pier and thought - I've lived in a lot of hard places, so now i deserve to live here - in a pretty place, without snow, near the water.

C*has been awesome. He has been a great tour guide. i got to see the view of the city by night and by day from the griffith observatory. got a tour of the main strip in hollywood. and some good restaurants.

I'm good when I have other people i know showing me around. I'm fighting my introversion right now. I'm by myself. C* took me to a very homey pagan shop in N. Hollywood. I have a few hours until I meet K*. The pagan store is having a party tonight that just started a few minutes ago. I should go to it for a while and meet some pagans in LA.
