I have this very annoying but effective study aid to help me remember Herbs. In China, students use songs to help them remember herbs and formulas. Well, an American acupuncturist took the idea and ran with it. He made lyrics about herbs and put them to the tune of various 50's and 60's songs. His voice is annoying. Except when he's doing a Bob Dylan song, because he seems to think he's Bob Dylan, in which case the songs are good, if you like Bob Dylan. I can get used to Bob Dylan.

I can't stand listening to these songs. But they stick and that's the important thing, I guess. Boy does he ever ruin some Elvis songs for me though. "I can't help falling in love with you" will just never sound the same.

Aaack. Time for bed. Crown Tourney is tomorrow morning. Alaric (west) is fighting in the Tourney tomorrow. Cross yer fingers. Ajax is not allowed to fight for me in Crown for at least a year while I get used to being in school again.

When Alaric posted in his livejournal, "a friend of mine won Crown in Caid," I got all excited, but I knew Seosamh was here in the East, and I figured if Ajax had won, the moon would have fallen from the sky (grin).

The "Other Alaric" is cool enough.
