I am sleepy but wanted to say thank you to all our friends who came to our housewarming.
We had a fabulous party and all the leftover food and booze has been dealt with and put away.
We got much schwag even though it wasn't a requirement as far as merchimerch and I were concerned.
We got jam and chocolate and bath stuff and pate for the cat and a handmade housefairy for our fireplace that glows in the dark and a frog mobile and beautiful candles.
Tomorrow's clean up is not going to be so bad after all - just dishes and sweeping.
The irritating and annoying classmate showed up and we had a fairly decent conversation.
But I kept thinking to myself that if he really could see qi, he would have known it was time to go a while before we said we were cleaning up.
My neighbor and I did some belly dancing for a little while which was fun but we wanted more people to join in.
More coherent notes tomorrow.

Thank you for a lovely time, I wish we had been earlier and more social, but it was charming anyway and I am throughly envious of your nest by the sea. I enjoyed our conversation and seeing your photographs very much, thank you for both.

wish I could have made it. went to a rather uneventful cast meeting instead. oh, and compiled a CD which turned out to be too short. *sighs* still had a good evening. glad you did too.

eh, if it's on a Saturday that isn't a cast meeting week, I'm up for it til 11:30. Fridays are dangerous due to Hedwig, but that's a simple (fourth friday) formula.

but *blushes* you don't have to schedule around me anyway :P
