I love Tealuxe. I can't believe it took me 2 years of living out here before I broke down and placed an order for my favorite tea ever - Creme de la Earl Grey. I've tried to find substitutes out here, but they just didn't thrill me. I'm enjoying a cup of Copley Vanilla this morning. So there really are two things I miss about Boston - my friends and the tea.
My outta town guest and I went to a party for someone else's outta town guest last night and we survived 2 hours of eating Armenian food and talking to people who were lots older than us and with whom we have very little in common. It was a challenge. After we got home, I converted another fan of Dead Like Me, which makes me happy. Although I've gotta stop spending my Saturday nights watching episodes over again, really.
Ooh - in other exciting (and geeky-SCA-type) news - yesterday I got an Islamic Art book and a volume of a Turkish Journal of Collectible Art at a Library book sale for $5 total. How cool is that? And there's a few pages in the journal about the Turkish Bath with photos!! Yay!
Ok, time to get ready to go to the Farmers' Market!!
