Let me just say that I loved the new Harry Potter movie. The best way I can describe it is that it had more grime than the first two had. With Hogsmeade and the pub, it felt more real (ok, as real as you can get with werewolves and other animagi). I do like what the new director did with it all. There was a bit of breathtaking scenery.
And I was SO good about 1) not telling my roommate that I was going to go see the movie while she was sweating it out giving her oral dissertation proposal and 2)not telling my friend who I went to the movie with that the reason I liked the 3rd book the best so far is that:
Harry finally gets a relative. And it's so sad that he loses Sirius in the 5th book.
Buckbeak was so beautiful. The actors who play Hermione, Harry and Ron are beautiful too and are becoming heartthrobs for sure.
When Harry and Hermione looked back at themselves and Hermione slapped Draco, I thought "Hermione is a dominatrix and Draco is her bitch".
