I got up way too early (7:30) on a Saturday to go to a dance company's costume sale. It was worth it though because I got 3 pairs of pants that can pass for Turkish, and an aba (a Middle Eastern cloak, not the band). This cuts down the amount of sewing for Pennsic. Phew! Not like I have much time to sew anyway. merchimerch. Very random but good.
Got lost on the way home, went to work for the afternoon, did laundry with hubby then went to one of the several birthday parties I knew about tonight (It was for two people, so I figured it counted double to be there. I hope you had a good bday party,kitminx!)
I acquired a piece of artwork from one of the bday girls. It's a painting on wood of candy hearts that reads "We could die at any moment". I love it!
It was a very full day. Tomorrow I must study more and help S pack for Pennsic.
