(no subject)

Ugh. Woke up sneezing this morning. I don't know what triggered it but it's definitely allergies and not a cold. The apt. needs to be cleaned, for sure. I stopped coughing as soon as I left the house this morning. I went to the gym and did a few exercises to open up my chest and I felt better.

I'll be at home most of the day studying for my first midterm tonight. At least we're allowed to bring in a cheat sheet. I made such a cheat sheet last night. It took me most of the evening to make it, and I'm sure I won't need it now, but it's a nice security blanket. I just hope I can remember how to take blood pressure without fumbling too much and then there's that damned fremitus (That's a kind of tapping down the back to listen to lung sounds and stuff. I hurt myself when I do it, not the patient).

I'll try not to get too distracted today. That's one goal. It's 10am, so I have to go eat and hit the books . . .
