It might not be insomnia because I haven't tried to go to sleep yet.
I took a nap from 4-6 - seemed necessary after my acupuncture treatment this afternoon.
I shouldn't reread the conversation I had on AIM this evening again or I may not sleep at all.
My heart is still beating fast.
I'll pick a tarot card, snuggle with my cat and try to sleep.
All I have to do is not think of him and maybe I'll get some sleep *grin*.
Easier said than done.

Which Witch? Witch
Which Witch? Witch!
Wild and beautiful, you are a Witch. You can feel the tides, the moon, the air, life itself.
You use the strength of your will, and the quickness of your mind, to bend and shape your reality.
Magick is a part of you, and you are a part of everything else.
Evil? No.
Amazing? Yes.
Which Witch Are You?

I finally just watched the film on dvd. I had originally planned a field trip with coworkers from my old job to go see it but it kept falling through (I used to work for an Indian owned software consulting company).

It is a long film but worth trudging through it. If you've never seen preparations for an Indian wedding, this makes you feel like you're right there, suffering every detail with the family.

Without trying to give any spoilers for those who want to see it, it does deal well with a few controversial subjects in any culture: pedophilia, and also honesty in marriage before it begins. The marriage in the film is arranged but the characters come clean with each other about their pasts before they go through with the wedding. Hurray for Director Mira Nair for handling these touchy subjects in an open way.

I give it two thumbs up.
That is all.
