they are like bugs and they won't go away

I am being swamped at work by phone calls and emails about employees' W-2s. There are 1000 people who work for this company. They call and email and call again.

It's like an infestation.

Help???

Maybe I should go outside for a few minutes and enjoy the unseasonal 60 degree weather.
