Sounds about right.

Here's what I experience, on different fronts. I have a double whammy of a wheat allergy and celiac disease.

IgE wheat allergy:
hives
possibly asthma/airway involvement, throat/palate/lip itching or swelling
eczema

Celiac disease:
intestinal woe (pain, cramps, diarrhea, rancid gas of doom) onset within about 20 minutes
bloating up to two pants sizes or so
steatorrhea
joint pain
wooziness, headache, moodiness (mostly from feeling sick/angry + dehydration)
hot flashes
